Booking & Cancellation Policy
All treatments are carried out subject to a health questionnaire that is strictly confidential. Certain health conditions may preclude you from having some of the treatments. If you have any concerns please check with us, or where applicable your doctor.
Please note that 24 hours notice is required to cancel or re-schedule appointments, otherwise a 50% charge will be incurred. 'No shows' will incur a 100% charge for the cost of the booked treatment.
Refreshments
Lemon water, tea, coffee and herbal infusions are complimentary pre or post treatment. A light lunch menu is available with selected spa rituals, please confirm requests on booking.
Gift Vouchers
