All prices displayed on this website will include the standard rate of VAT at 17.5% and delivery to a UK address.
We reserve the right to change/update our prices and/or offers without any prior notice.
In the event of any human errors with our pricing, we will notify you accordingly and these will be amended and withdrawn.

All credit/debit cards used for payments and orders processed on this website, will be verified using HSBC card processing services. You can feel 100% safe when using this website, and you may double click on the padlock at anytime to check the certification of our SSL. The padlock will appear in the bottom of your browser when you are visiting a secure page.


We accept the following credit or debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch & Maestro, Solo and Electron. All payments are processed off line through our HSBC card processing system.

For security reasons and your personal data protection, card details must be in the applicants name and home address, as per the order submitted.  We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Stock Availability:

If for any reason the item you have ordered should be out of stock, we will endeavour to inform you within 24 hours, and let you know when the item will be back in stock.


Your goods will be sent to you at the home address provided during your application. Goods can only be despatched to your home address for security reasons.

Goods will be sent using Royal Mail Standard Post and delivered in 3-5 days or guaranteed next day special delivery (£4.99) if requested.

 As we use external delivery services we cannot guarantee the actual delivery times and therefore cannot be held responsible for actual delivery date.


If you would like to return a product, please email us for a Returns Authorisation Number. A refund may only be issued, excluding any delivery charges, if the goods are returned unused and in the original packaging within 7 days. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of any items. We advise you to send them recorded (up to £32) or special delivery (up to £1000) depending on the value of the items; this ensures your product will be protected against loss or damage.

Haven of Beauty accepts no responsibility for any injury arising from the use of any supplied products, especially for any improper use of any product or from allergies or adverse reactions. Any defective product should, in the first instance, be reported to Haven of Beauty and in return we will, on your behalf pursue a replacement from the manufacturer.
